1. Who provides the service

2. Nature of the service

Elencya calculates birth charts using astronomical methods and offers astrological interpretations. Astrology is an interpretive practice for personal reflection and entertainment: it does not predict events, guarantee outcomes or replace professional advice.

3. Account

You need an account to buy reports or subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the birth data you enter being accurate, or for having the right to use it.

4. Products and prices

Each product page describes what is included, what data is needed, the format and the delivery time. Prices include the taxes applicable in your country, confirmed on the payment page. We may offer promotional codes subject to their own conditions.

Countries and taxes: we sell to consumers in the European Union and in the other countries listed on the order form. Before payment we ask for your country of residence, and we check your card's issuing country and your billing address to apply the correct tax. If a payment comes from a country where we don't sell yet, we refund it in full. Outside the European Union your bank may add local taxes or charges that do not depend on Elencya. We don't sell to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla yet.

Invoices: for every payment we issue an electronic invoice (a simplified invoice if you live in the European Union; a full invoice with your name and billing address if you live outside it), which you can view and download under "My account → Billing and membership". If you live in the European Union and need a full invoice with your tax details, email hola@elencya.com. Amounts in dollars or pounds are converted to euros at the official reference exchange rate of the day.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. Elencya never has access to your full card details.

6. Delivery of reports

Reports are digital content generated automatically from your data and delivered immediately to your account, with a PDF download. Purchases are tied to the calculation saved at the time of purchase, so the report doesn't change if the engine evolves.

7. Right of withdrawal

Reports: under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) and Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. We ask for this consent separately before payment and confirm it by email.

Membership: you have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw, using the "Withdraw from the contract" button in your account or by writing to hola@elencya.com. Because you ask for the service to start immediately, we will refund the amount paid minus the portion corresponding to the time already used, within 14 days at the latest.

8. Membership renewal and cancellation

The membership renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the current price unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period already paid. We will notify you before each yearly renewal. Reports generated during the membership remain in your history.

Plans: the monthly and annual plans include the benefits described on the membership page at the time you subscribe. Reports included in the annual plan are subject to the usage limit shown on that page, which resets every 30 days; other reports are offered at the stated discount. Any change in price or benefits for ongoing memberships will be notified to you in advance, and you may cancel before it applies.

9. Guarantee and errors

If a report has a technical error or doesn't match its description, write to us: we will fix it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Acceptable use

Mass automated use of the tools, reselling reports and attempting to bypass access controls are not allowed.

11. Liability

Elencya is not responsible for decisions you make based on interpretive content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You can send complaints to hola@elencya.com and, where applicable, to the competent consumer authorities.
